By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking transportation, or using any of our chauffeur, limousine, SUV, or private transportation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Royal Sky Limo operates primarily in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and may also coordinate transportation services through trusted affiliate partners in Los Angeles and other supported service areas.


1. Company Information

Royal Sky Limo is a licensed and insured private transportation company providing professional chauffeur and luxury transportation services in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and surrounding areas.

For selected destinations outside our primary operating region, including Los Angeles, services may be fulfilled through approved affiliate transportation providers and partner operators.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, passengers, website visitors, and anyone using our services.


2. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, email, text message, or approved booking channels.

All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

To confirm a reservation, customers may be required to provide:

  • Valid contact information
  • Payment details or deposit
  • Travel itinerary and service requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including:

  • Pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Pickup date and time
  • Passenger count
  • Flight information (if applicable)
  • Special instructions or service requests

Royal Sky Limo is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, or service interruptions caused by inaccurate or incomplete booking information.

Same-day and last-minute reservations are accepted based on availability.


3. Pricing & Payment

All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes and fees.

Pricing may change without notice due to:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Fuel costs
  • Operational expenses
  • Special event pricing
  • Additional service requests

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time
  • Extra stops or route modifications
  • Airport parking, tolls, or access fees
  • Vehicle cleaning or passenger-caused damages
  • Late-night, holiday, or special event services

Payment must be completed before or at the start of service unless prior billing arrangements have been approved.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

Invoices and receipts are available upon request.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect both our clients’ schedules and our chauffeurs’ time. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

b) No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full booking amount will be charged.

c) Flight Delays & External Circumstances

When flight details are provided, we attempt to monitor incoming flights whenever possible. However, passengers remain responsible for informing us of significant delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes.

Refunds will not be issued for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Airlines or airports
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures or accidents
  • Government restrictions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

d) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days.

Bookings made through third-party travel agencies, affiliates, or external platforms may be subject to separate cancellation or refund policies.


5. Waiting Time Policy

A complimentary 10-minute grace period is included for standard pickups.

Additional waiting charges may apply after the grace period and are billed in increments determined by the service type.

For airport pickups, waiting time begins once the passenger has landed and confirmed they are ready for pickup.

Royal Sky Limo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Airport congestion
  • Weather
  • Road incidents
  • Delayed passenger communication

6. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs, vehicles, and other passengers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited inside vehicles:

  • Smoking or vaping
  • Illegal substances or unlawful activity
  • Dangerous, violent, or disruptive behavior
  • Harassment or abuse toward chauffeurs

Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed under applicable local laws and regulations.

Passengers are financially responsible for:

  • Vehicle damages
  • Excessive cleaning fees
  • Repair costs caused by negligence or misconduct

7. Safety & Liability

For passenger safety, seat belts must be worn where legally required.

Royal Sky Limo is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.

While we make every effort to provide timely and reliable transportation, we are not liable for missed:

  • Flights
  • Meetings
  • Appointments
  • Events
  • Connections

resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to a reservation shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.


8. Vehicle Substitution

In the event of mechanical issues, maintenance requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational circumstances, Royal Sky Limo reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle without additional cost to the customer.


9. Affiliate & Third-Party Services

For certain bookings outside Calgary, including Los Angeles transportation services, Royal Sky Limo may coordinate rides through trusted affiliate transportation companies and chauffeur partners.

While we work only with professional transportation providers, Royal Sky Limo is not responsible for operational delays, incidents, or issues directly caused by third-party affiliate operators beyond our reasonable control.


10. Right to Refuse Service

Royal Sky Limo reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger:

  • Behaves in a threatening, abusive, unsafe, or illegal manner
  • Violates company policies or local laws
  • Endangers the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers
  • Causes intentional damage or disruption

11. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected solely for:

  • Reservation processing
  • Customer communication
  • Payment handling
  • Service improvement
  • Marketing and promotional purposes

Royal Sky Limo does not sell or rent customer information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete transportation services through trusted partners.

12. Limitation of Liability

Royal Sky Limo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of luggage, valuables, or personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, airport conditions, or road closures
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or external circumstances beyond our control

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
